Volunteer Membership Appreciation Picnic
A big thank you to the volunteers and members who attended our appreciation picnic the evening of June 19. As in the past, the Historical Society provided the main dish - BBQ beef sandwiches from Evavold’s Oak Grove Farm and everyone else brought a dish to share - potluck at its finest!
Member/Volunteer and author, Vernal Lind, was the evenings entertainment speaking to the group about his latest book “Beyond the Storm” a sequel to “Beyond those Hills” - He did a good job of encouraging others to record their personal stories.
Both books are available through our giftshop (Buy it Now) or any of the major book dealers.
