Gerda Unveiled for first time at Gerda Gala June 12, 2008
The new Gerda was unveiled with a party at the Kaddatz Art Gallery on June 12, 2008 at about 8 p.m. The old and the new Gerda are both back at the Historical Society, returning on Tuesday, June 17, 2008 when she was featured after the volunteer/membership appreciation picnic. The new Gerda will soon be on display in the saloon exhibit and the old Gerda will be placed in storage. A big thank you to all those that made a monetary donation to this project.
